Off-Season Training

One of the biggest reasons for kids not playing sports is the cost. We are revolutionizing how off season training should be. We offer free speed and agility training for serious athletes that want to get better at their craft. 

Our speed and agility sessions will typically be a fast paced 1 hour session. Our drills are specifically designed to focus on the triphasic muscle movement to build a complete athlete. Our goal it to teach young athletes how to embrace training and see how their progress transfers to their respective sports.

We will start speed and agility on Monday June 10th
at Liberty High School
200 Blue Jay Dr, Liberty, MO 64068
Grades 3rd through high school
from 6:00-7:00pm 
sessions will be Monday and Wednesday
throughout the summer
We will follow up with positions specific drills from 7-8
